Our Review

It’s difficult to imagine a hotel built on a grander or more impressive scale than the Palace. Even visitors to Manchester who aren’t stay here pass by just to see the amazing lobby with its ceramic tiles and sweeping staircase! Guests also value the comfort of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff.

Our room was lovely:... Nice bathroom, great shower.... Awake all night as next to train line ... Room was interesting, reminded me of a victorian school ... Beautiful high ceilings, lovely but very drafty windows and poor quality bathroom.... the room was great. ... room was not ready when we arrived @ 3.30pm... window wouldn't open ... exceptional bathroom, superb... room was quite noisy as right next to train line. ... good beds... spotlessly clean... Uncomfortable bed... no hot water in room overnight and in the morning.... Persistent noise throughout the night... clean and comfortable hotel ...
