The room that I was given was poor and led me to check if it was what I had booked which was a Executive Double; I was shocked to discover that it was I would hate to think what a standard double looks like. The satff were helpful and moved me to a suite which was much better. I noticed that I wasn't the only person being moved which may be indicative. The cooked breakfast wasn't great and fell far below the one that I had the weeek prviously at the Marriott in Liverpool.
