Staff were very helpful and polite in terms of arranging extras such as non-feathered pillows, extra tea & milk. Parking is very limited at the hotel, however there is a NCP car park underneath, so plenty of parking - just be aware of car parking cost. Very close to central Manchester shops, resturants, MEN arena.
